The rules of a lazy Sunday

Rest is not something you earn after the list is done. It is the point of the day off.

A slow morning is not a wasted one. Neither is a slow afternoon, or a slow evening.

"Making the most of the weekend" sometimes means making the least of it, on purpose.

You are allowed to do one nice thing and call the day a success.

The laundry will still be there Monday. It is very patient like that.

If you got to the end of the day and felt a little more like yourself, you did Sunday right.

Questions

Is this really free?

Yes ~ print it and enjoy. If you want more like it, join the list and we will send the next one when it lands.

How do I "win"?

By noticing a guilt and letting it go. A full row means you rested on purpose ~ that is the whole game.
